Almansour Iraq — Customer App

Overview

Almansour's car owners needed a single place to look after their vehicles instead of calling the branch for every request. We designed and built a Flutter app that lets customers book regular and quick-maintenance appointments, browse genuine spare parts, and find answers through a curated FAQ — fully in Arabic and English, with a guest mode so anyone can explore before signing in.

We shipped it end to end: published to both Google Play and the Apple App Store, wired to the Laravel backend, with WhatsApp-based OTP for sign-in and push notifications for appointment updates. The app has since run under an active support agreement, now renewed into its third year.

The outcome

Live on both Google Play and the Apple App Store and adopted by Almansour customers to book service, order genuine parts, and self-serve in their own language — with the support agreement renewed into its third year.
