Overview
The customer app needed an operational backbone. We built a web admin panel where Almansour staff review and approve customer requests to add a car, manage the incoming appointment queue across branches, and keep the catalogue and content the app relies on up to date.
Built on the same Laravel + MySQL backend that powers the app, with a Vue frontend, the panel gives managers reporting and dashboards so they can see demand, service load, and outcomes at a glance — one source of truth for the whole program.
The outcome
Staff handle car-add requests and appointments from one place, and managers get the reports they need to run after-sales — turning the customer app into a fully operated service, not just a front end.
